Our Team

Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in multi-state property management including conventional housing, tax credit properties, new construction and housing rehabilitation.  She focuses on the strategic business practices and operational needs of the portfolio. Ms. Wilde has a Hospitality Management certification from Cornell University and is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. She is also a Housing Credit Certified Professional with the National Association of Home Builders.

Karol has fifteen years of experience in property management and has held leadership positions both on site and in the corporate office.  She focuses on the operational success of the organization by streamlining systems, processes, and applications. Mrs. Lopez specializes in the implementation of the organizations’ property management technology.

Skylar has nine years of experience in property management and accounting.  He focuses on financial processing, reporting and risk management.

Tyler has over ten years of experience in managing residential and commercial ground-up construction.  He supervised the construction of multiple apartment projects in the mid-West region.  Mr. Coleman focuses on the design and construction of multifamily developments. He specializes in creative solutions to building designs and in the sustainability of the communities.
